Looking Back on RSA Conference 2019

In March 4-8, redborder attended RSA Conference in San Francisco. From past experience we were expecting a high value event and it met all expectations once again. The conference featured high level debates and discussions focus on cybersecurity, there’s truly no better place to refresh insights and connect with peers from around the globe.

This year with the theme: Better. In a nutshell, that means working hard to find better solutions, making better connections with global peers and keeping the digital world safe, so everyone can make the real world a better place. It brought more than over 42,500 attendees, 740 speakers and 700 exhibitors to Moscone Center. Above all, the RSA conference continues to be the most important event to understand where it’s headed in the near and distant futures of cybersecurity,

“Cybercrime is now over a trillion dollars a year they are projecting in terms of money that they are cashing in on. Because data is money now,” said Nigel Ng, Vice President of International Sales for RSA. “Data is the new gold. And you can sell credit card numbers on the dark web, sell people’s data, identify thefts.” That is why redborder spent the week spkeaking about our strategies to defend against the increase and sophistication of cyber attacks.

There’s certainly a lot of insight to be shared with the world’s cybersecurity thought leaders, and a lot of value to be gained and RSA always provides a good opportunity to take the pulse of the security ecosystem, to meet new and existing customers and technological partners, and develop new potential business relationships.

Until next year, we will leave you with some of redborder highlights during the RSA Conferences.
